ANA Training is an innovative business set up to provide an up-to-date and comprehensive range of training to people working in and outside the Care Sector.
Every single course is run by professional, experienced trainers, and is tailored to your individual needs. Our Stoke on Trent based centre is modern and fully equipped to provide excellent facilities for both learning and practical work. The venue can also be hired out to organisations for conferencing or meetings (please ring for details) and can easily seat up to 20 delegates in a bright, air conditioned room.
We set the standards in training, and pride ourselves on the services we offer all of our clients. We are both proactive and reactive. We design courses to be ready to train people to meet new legislation and requirements, as they become law. And we are also reactive to clients' needs. Once any client has identified a training need we have the capacity, the contacts and the resources to deliver exactly the course required.

We are also a registered care provider with our sister company ANA Nursing and Care Services Ltd, which means that we have the knowledge and understanding to underpin the course delivery through demonstrated experience.
Our theory based courses have 1 instructor to 10 trainees. On courses involving practical elements we have 1 instructor to 8 trainees, ensuring the students benefit from smaller more interactive groups, (Although on some courses this can be extended to suit more students dependent on course and environment).
We deliver the courses around you, they are all fully portable so can be delivered on-site at your premises, at no extra cost. ANA clients have always been able to benefit from training as and when it suits them.
